Old Dream

OK so this is probably gonna be a bit weird but I had a dream I was in a weird dystopian future i think in Venezuela and me and my mum were trying to get out so we met up with these guys that we were going to deal 200kg of cocaine for in order to get money to move away.

We went to this house where other people in similar situation were in (maybe it was where we live) and it was just really dirty and not looked after at all. There was a dog doused in gasoline and a fire and people were trying to make it walk past the fire so that it would set itself alight. There were a couple who were artists but could not make a living and were starving. Then the dog caught fire and it almost burnt but there was another dog that helped it with dirt. I went to see if the dog had water and it was just green sludge that hadnt been changed in ages so i poured it out and gave it some water.

I needed to take a taxi somewhere but for some reason the driver from another taxi got in the taxi to help drive and then a man got in with a bag that was almost empty. I didn’t have a seat but i had a seat belt. We started driving and then reached a bridge that was broken up into sections. We started jumping over the sections in the taxi and i could see dead people on the sections as we jumped or drove on top of them. Then, we missed a jump and fell down into the water below. I tried to unbuckle my seatbelt but i couldn’t and I felt myself drown.

I then dreamed i was a doctor and the hospital was very full. I think you(not sure who though) had stomach pains and so i asked you some questions and it was just gas, everyone else around was dying.

Then i woke up on my couch and my whole family was there. I had my diary but it had been filled by you (notes from the past) explaining how you had changed the future and saved me and what happened to the other people. The arts people were teaching kids happily. I tried to tell my parents that i had died and just come back to life but as i tried to turn on the lights to show them the notes you wrote me they disappeared and i kept telling them i promise I’m not crazy until i woke up.
